The first step that we usually take before walking any dog is a "Meet and Greet." This allows us to get to know you and your dog(s) and enables you to interview us and ask any question(s) that you may have. There is no charge for the initial meet up.

 

We require that all dogs be up to date on all vaccines, proof of up to date vaccines will be asked for. This is for the safety of our walkers as well as your dog(s).

 

Invoices are sent out weekly unless paid up front for the month.

 

If you have to cancel for any reason please give us 24hr advanced notice, so we are able to re-arrange our schedule for others. If cancellation is given with less than 24hr notice, you will be charged for the full walk.

 

There are no refunds for prepaid walking packages. 24hr notice is required for cancellation if less than 24hrs you will lose the walk and the payment. If 24hrs is given, the payment will be carried over to the following week.

 

We are available 7 days a week. There are no walks on statutory holidays. If needed, there will be a $10 premium added. 

 

Please let us know if there will be anyone in your home when we arrive (housekeeper, family member, friend, another pet, etc). This is for the safety of our walkers as well as to not scare anyone in the home.

 

To help keep your dog and home clean, please have available: a towel, poop bags, treats, coats, boots etc available by the front door for our walkers.
